Duke Energy Power Plant Silos Demolition

Demolition Dates: August 2019

Work Completed: With the Volvo EC480DHR, our high reach operator, John JoRay, demolished the tallest sections of the two silos at the power plant. The high reach was equipped with a hammer attachment and began to operate at 80' +/- above ground level. When the demolition was complete, the structure had been brought down to approximately 30' elevation.
